About Us
Glenn and Connie Bechard first came to the BVI to escape the cold Massachusetts winter in 1985, and returned home with a purchase and sales agreement on this 2-acre hilltop promontory on Great Camanoe. They worked with local architects and builders to design and hand craft this stunning, one-of-a-kind villa as one of the first residences on the island. Exceptional architectural features and the unique Caribbean details capture the essence of pure island living.
The Bechard family has lovingly cared for the villa over the last 40+ years with resilience, love, and passion. It is enjoyed by the expanding family and circle of friends who return year after year to immerse themselves in the lifestyle of this unique property. This house has seen weddings, family reunions, trips with friends, and a few hurricanes too- but all have contributed to the beauty of this home.
We hope that you love staying at Serendipity as much as we do!
